ELECTRONIC ENVIRONMENTS has been an A/V industry pioneer and leader for over 30 years.  We enjoy making technology fun and convenient for our clients.  Electronic Environments offers a fast paced, fun environment where we deliver projects for customized home automation solutions including distributed entertainment systems, lighting controls, motorized shading, HVAC systems, access controls and IT infrastructure.

 

We are currently looking for a Service Administrator to work in our New York City office.  A/V experience a plus.

 

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Provide client support by phone or email, including remote reboot
  • Ensure all client correspondence is responded to and followed up on
  • Maintain ticketing status in ConnectWise software to ensure all clients are responded to at the end of each day
  • Maintain VIP client list
  • Manage client accounts for service providers and streaming services
  • Create instruction packages for client tutorials
  • Initiate equipment repairs or replacements with vendors, track progress, and schedule re-installation of repaired/replaced units
  • Create ticketing service orders in ConnectWise and assign technicians for all service calls as well as small installation projects
  • Request product needed for site visits and coordinate delivery
  • Ensure access is confirmed before deploying technicians to site
  • Review and approve completed service orders for billing
  • Track sales and renewals of Service Support Agreements
  • Create proposals for service related projects

 

Requirements of the Service Administrator:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be organized and proficient in time management skills
  • Experience in labor scheduling
  • Aptitude for working within multiple software platforms
  • Comfortable interacting with VIP clientele
  • ConnectWise experience a plus
